Lifetime Tech Support & Customer Service: We’re committed to providing Free Lifetime Technical Support & Troubleshooting Service for all BatteryEVO batteries. Free Repair & Replacement: Our batteries are engineered to last for a minimum of 10 years, and we back this up with our warranty. In the unlikely event of any component failure or manufacturing defect within the next 10 years, we will repair or replace your battery free of charge. For the first year, we even cover all shipping costs to and from your purchase address within the continental US.
Assured Highest Quality: BatteryEVO exclusively uses Tier 1 cells, ensuring top-notch lithium battery packs in the USA. Our batteries are designed to last between 3,500 and 8,000 cycles, depending on the specific model, usage scenario, and environmental factors.
Covered Products: This Warranty covers all battery packs from BatteryEVO for a duration of 10 years, along with all included accessories for the initial 30 days.
Automatic Warranty Registration: You don’t need to separately register your warranty. We automatically record warranties using the serial number and QR code.
Product Manuals & Specification Sheets: Each BatteryEVO battery features a unique QR code. Scanning it with your smartphone provides access to the Product Manual and Product Spec Sheet specific to your battery model, ensuring you have up-to-date product information.
Domestic Warranty Claim Assistance: To initiate a warranty claim, simply create a support ticket by emailing us at Support@batteryevo.com. Our Tech Support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours. We provide Return Shipping Labels for the first year, and after that, you can choose to cover shipping expenses or arrange your own return.
Returning Accessories: Accessories included with your battery are covered for 30 days. Returns for non-defective accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Changed Your Mind? If you change your mind within 30 days, we offer a 30-Day money-back guarantee, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Transferable: This Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and can be transferred to another party within 30 days of purchase.
Return Hazmat Fee: Please note that certain battery returns may incur extra fees due to shipping regulations governing lithium batteries.
Battery Misuse Disclaimer: This warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper charging/installation of our product.
Fraud Protection: We can proceed with repair, replacement, and refunds only after inspecting your returned battery at our facility.
Limitation of Damages: BatteryEVO is not accountable for consequential damages due to a breach of this Warranty.
Customer Satisfaction: If you’re dissatisfied for any reason after engaging with our support teams, you can escalate dispute resolutions to our CTO for review. We prioritize customer satisfaction.
Warranty Details: BatteryEVO, Inc. provides a comprehensive warranty for 10 years from the date of purchase. Our batteries are designed to function for a minimum of 10 years without maintenance, with some models lasting up to 22 years, depending on usage and environmental factors.
We guarantee that BatteryEVO batteries will retain a reasonable capacity throughout their service life. Customers can return a battery for capacity testing, and if the claim is valid, it qualifies for warranty resolution. Customers are not responsible for testing costs.
Under our 10-Year Warranty, we’re committed to repairing or replacing any defective component at no charge. Repairs must be performed by an authorized BatteryEVO technician or service facility, as directed by BatteryEVO.
For the first year, we cover expenses related to returning and repairing defective parts within the Continental United States. However, we do not cover disconnection, service interruption, or re-packing expenses for return shipments. International warranty claims require customers to cover shipping costs.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- On-site service calls from third parties.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
- Product usage beyond specification or undersized for the intended application.
- Environmental damage unless explicitly indicated for outdoor use.
- Claims of diminished capacity below specified limits.
- Repairs performed by unauthorized technicians.
- Batteries not charged over a six-month period.
- Unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Repair/Replacement Services: Contact BatteryEVO Tech Support to confirm issues and determine the appropriate solution. For returns, pack the product securely according to our guidelines and include a copy of the original purchase receipt.
