I have been studying a battery system to put together and make a portable solar generator for boondocking in retirement. This battery totally fit my build as I will use the battery I ordered from you and as funds available will order another and parallel together for a 12 v 4kw system. Nephew works at a solar manufacturing company will score me 2 or 3 panels and all set for all the power I need. Perfect set for a easy diy system.
Just received the battery and so far it seems to work well. I deducted a star because the cells were in the wrong configuration (backwards) from what they needed to be to fit the circuit board. Not a deal breaker but annoying. This could be confusing if someone didn’t know what they are doing when assembling. Be sure to verify before you assemble the battery.
I live in the high Desert and have a 1500 square-foot garage. I run a swamp cooler all day by solar and at night I use 2 the 150 AH batteries to keep it running late into the night. For the price I’m real happy with these batteries. I also buy the 120 AH Batteries for the solar generators and builds on sale.
