Yes, it can. Walrus has two 240V power output ports, NEMA L14-30R and NEMA 14-50R. Different ports have different upper limits on output power. You can also put adapter to use them. CCS1 charger current should not over 32Amp (7kW).
Walrus has a uninterrupted power supply (ups) system. So in the event of a power outage the Walrus will immediately switch from grid power to battery power until the batteries are depleted. In the meantime Walrus can be recharged using solar power and a generator.

The walrus will charge fully in 2-4 hours based on the AC Charge Amp setting. For the solar charge, depending on your solar systems setup it should charge fully in 4-6 hours with the solar systems max charge.
