To ensure the precise delivery of your package within the advertised timeframes, please ensure accurate entry of your address, including all relevant details. Correct use of abbreviations, street and building numbers, apartment numbers, and relevant route information (if applicable) is vital for prompt delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for misplaced, lost, or inaccurately delivered shipments resulting from incorrect or improperly entered address information during purchase.International Shipments
For international orders, our shipping services are limited to the continental United States. If buyers wish to purchase our products within the USA for use in another country, they are responsible for arranging their own shipment from our Chatsworth, CA facility to their destination. The consignee/buyer will oversee the importation of goods and be liable for taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.Processing Time
After successful payment authorization and verification, standard online orders will undergo an estimated processing period of 7 – 14 business days before dispatch from our US facilities. Upon transfer to our logistics partners, these orders will be subject to processing times determined by the logistics provider, based on various factors. Standard domestic orders within the continental United States are expected to be delivered within 7 – 14 business days. Depending on your geographical location in the United States, expect your BatteryEVO purchase to arrive at your provided address within 14 – 28 business days, excluding holidays. For more details, consult your email and utilize the provided tracking number upon release from our US-based manufacturing facility.Shipping Rates & Timeframes
Please note that orders may require 7 – 14 business days from the date of pickup at our US-based manufacturing facility, NOT from the order placement date. This duration depends on the chosen shipping method at checkout and the final destination of the order. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Alternative carriers may be selected at our discretion to meet shipping requirements. Final shipping costs will be presented during checkout on our website. For wholesale orders, logistic costs are available on your invoice. For updates, contact your designated B2B representative. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you decline shipments from BatteryEVO, Inc., you are responsible for original shipping charges and reverse logistics costs. This amount will be deducted from any issued credit.Delivery Claims
In case of non-delivery or if tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received the package, you MUST contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim. We’ll guide you through the claims process and work with the carrier to locate the order. Note that claim processing can take up to 30 days (depending on the chosen carrier). BatteryEVO does not accept or hold responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits will not be issued for confirmed delivered packages.Out Of Stock Items
For orders with unavailable items, we will notify you and ship the remaining items, refunding the out-of-stock item(s) to your original payment method.Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we aim to accommodate shipping and billing preferences, BatteryEVO reserves the right to request a shared shipping and billing address if processing an order or verifying a shipping address is challenging. We also reserve the right to define, limit, decline, and/or cancel orders due to irregular returns history, suspected fraudulent activity, or other similar actions.
